I’ve recently had the exciting opportunity to partner with an entrepreneur on business planning for a potential small-scale shared-use commercial kitchen for Asheville! As a part of this process, I am conducting market research to discover what the needs of the food and farming community are in terms of rentable kitchen space. If you are a farmer, baker, caterer, food truck operator, food cart operator, herbalist, skin care product maker, wholesale grocery producer, or brewer or distiller of beverages (alcoholic or otherwise), WE NEED YOUR INPUT!

We’ve created a short survey to assess the specific needs of the community that this kitchen should address.
